Cash App’s Performance Marketing team reached out to us to develop and deliver best in class creative for a lower funnel campaign across Live Action and Creator-led content and we delivered.
Our message was clear: You work hard for every dollar you earn. Cash App Card is here to support your financial journey with more freedom, savings and benefits because at the end of the day, you earned it.
The campaign shared this message speaking to Gen Z in a way that leans into social best practices, and tight hooks, while also pulling out unexpected and attention grabbing beats.
The work focused on relatable scenarios and dialogue while pushing on a mix of VFX, stop animation and surrealist worlds. This mix was aimed at crafting a sticky and out of the box creative approach bent at getting to the heart of Gen Z and this weirder-is-better mentality when it comes to media consumption.
My role as Art Director was to ideate these concepts, sweat every detail including color schemes, lighting, wardrobe, casting, on-screen type treatments, UI elements, VFX and the like.
